Do I need to be fit or experienced to join?

Not at all. The Reset is beginner-friendly, joint-friendly, strength-focused, and designed to meet you exactly where you are. Everything can be scaled up or down - no pressure, no intensity expectation, just progress at a pace that feels safe and doable.

What if I have commitments, events, or a trip during the programme?

Life doesn’t pause - and your programme doesn’t need to either. The Reset is designed to fit around real life, not a perfect calendar. You can still make incredible progress even with weekends away, dinners out, holidays, birthdays, or work trips. Why? Because the goal isn’t perfection - it’s building skills you can use anywhere.

Nope, the whole programme is delivered online via my app. We have had resetters join from all over the world!

Can I join the reset again?

Absolutely - most intakes are 50% returning women. The Reset is designed to grow with you. Each time you revisit it, you’re bringing a stronger foundation, deeper awareness, and new goals. Some women repeat it to reinforce their habits. Some come back because they loved the community energy. And others return simply because it helps them stay anchored, consistent, and supported during busy seasons of life. There’s no limit to how many times you can join - and every round will meet you exactly where you are.

Will I see results in 4-weeks?

Women have 'checked in' with: more energy, better sleep, clothes fitting differently, strength going up, food noise quieting down, fat loss. But the Reset isn’t just about quick wins. Everything is delivered through my mindbodybritt app, so you have the entire Reset in your pocket. Your workouts, nutrition targets, habit trackers, and education modules are all in one place - plus daily reminders from me and our private community. We also meet for live coaching calls (with replays if you can’t make it) so you can get feedback, ask questions, and stay on track.

What if I don’t lose weight?

Weight loss is one measure - not the only one. Most women experience improvements in strength, energy, confidence, self-trust, regulation, and daily habits first. Physical changes follow when your body feels safe, fuelled, and supported. I have clients who have lost over 20kg since they started the reset, but they started building the strong foundations first.

Is this suitable if I’m neurodivergent / anxious / easily overwhelmed?

Movements can be adapted, and your experience can be personalised so you feel safe and supported.
