Week 1: Foundations: Identity, Goals & Habits
This isn’t about setting bigger goals. It’s about setting truer ones.
Inside this new module, we slow the process right down - helping you uncover what you actually want beneath the noise, expectations, and “shoulds.” You’ll learn how to set goals that feel safe for your nervous system, aligned with your values, and sustainable in real life - not just on paper.
We carve out your 'why' - and we get clear on your unconscious fears that derail you from claiming the results you desire.
Week 2: Macros, Nutrition & Live Q&A w Britt
Learn the simple, non-obsessive way to fuel your body for more energy, better recovery, and visible progress. You’ll learn:
✨ How to understand macros in real life.
✨ A no-restriction approach to nutrition, and how to build meals you actually enjoy while seeing progress
✨ How to spot and avoid the common mistakes that stall results, and how to make adjustments as your body and goals change.
Week 2 will also have your first Live Q&A call with Britt to get clear on any questions surrounding your personal macro targets & meal plan building to ensure it's aligned with your goals.
Week 3: Science of Behaviour Change & Self-Trust
Motivation fades - systems stick. These modules shows you the psychology and neuroscience of habit change so you can break old patterns, follow through on what you start, and create momentum that makes results inevitable. This modules unpacks a roadmap for creating change that sticks, and how to become the person you want to be.
Week 4: Female Physiology, Myth Busting & Training 101
You’ll learn how to train with your physiology instead of fighting it, how to spot false fitness claims (especially the ones targeted at women), and how to build a plan that supports fat loss, muscle gain, and a regulated nervous system - without burning out or relying on perfectionism.
By the end of the week, you’ll understand your body in a way most women never get taught: with clarity, compassion, and actual evidence… not shame
Week 5: The Nervous System
Most people think consistency is about willpower. But the truth? Your body won’t let new habits stick if your nervous system is barely surviving your life:
In these modules, you’ll learn:
✨ How survival wiring (fight, flight, freeze, fawn) drives your habits more than motivation does
✨ Why destructive patterns can feel safer than positive change - and how to re-pattern them
✨ What “neuroception” is, and why your body decides safety before your mind does
Week 6: Psychology of Change
This week we dive into the psychology underneath your patterns - attachment, body image, and projection. You’ll learn how your early attachment style shapes the way you show up for goals, why body image has far more to do with safety than appearance, and how projection colours the way you interpret others (and yourself). You dive underneath the loops that keep you stuck, understanding the wiring behind your behaviours, and start relating to yourself with clarity, compassion, and agency.
Week 7: Live Q&A Call w Khalid from Urban Herbalist
This is the first time I’ll be introducing guest experts into the Reset - bringing you deeper, more specialised guidance and space to ask real questions.
Khalid is the go-to when it comes to hormones, metabolism, and stress physiology. His ability to explain complex systems in a way that actually makes sense (and feels empowering, not overwhelming) is unmatched.
This session is a space to ask questions and understand how your body actually works - so you can stop fighting it, stop blaming yourself, and start making changes that are aligned with your biology, not against it.

When does it start?
Your 8-week Reset kicks off Sunday, 18 January - once you’ve had the chance to refill your tank over summer and come back ready to reset with support (not punishment).

Do I need to be fit or experienced to join?
Not at all. The Reset is beginner-friendly, joint-friendly, strength-focused, and designed to meet you exactly where you are. Everything can be scaled up or down - no pressure, no intensity expectation, just progress at a pace that feels safe and doable.
What if I have commitments, events, or a trip during the programme?
Life doesn’t pause - and your programme doesn’t need to either. The Reset is designed to fit around real life, not a perfect calendar. You can still make incredible progress even with weekends away, dinners out, holidays, birthdays, or work trips. Why? Because the goal isn’t perfection - it’s building skills you can use anywhere.

Can I join the reset again?
Absolutely - most intakes are 50% returning women. The Reset is designed to grow with you. Each time you revisit it, you’re bringing a stronger foundation, deeper awareness, and new goals. Will I actually see results in 4 weeks?

What if I don’t lose weight?
Weight loss is one measure - not the only one. Most women experience improvements in strength, energy, confidence, self-trust, regulation, and daily habits first. Physical changes follow when your body feels safe, fuelled, and supported. I have clients who have lost over 20kg since they started the reset, but they started building the strong foundations first.
Is this suitable if I’m neurodivergent / anxious / easily overwhelmed?
