I am a NZ REPs certified personal trainer but I come from a Psychotherapy background, which means I approach body transformation through both a physiological and psychological lens. My work sits at the intersection of evidence-based training, nutrition science, behaviour change, and emotional insight — because sustainable change is never just physical. Qualifications: PGDip Psychotherapy, Masters Psychotherapy (completing), Bachelors of Arts – Psychology & Business, NASM Personal Trainer, BioLayne Nutrition Cert – Level 1 & 2, Clean Health – Female Transformation & Physiology, Stacey Sims – Female Physiology.
If you're new, the best place to start is the 14-Day Kickstarter. It's designed to help you build momentum quickly through simple habits, structured workouts, and practical nutrition guidance. Think of it as a mini version of the Reset Programme that helps you get started and experience the system before moving into the full program.
These programs are designed for people who want a realistic and sustainable approach to fat loss and fitness. If you feel stuck, struggle with consistency, want structure with your workouts and nutrition, or want to lose weight without extreme dieting, this is for you.
Most programs give you a plan and leave you to figure the rest out. I built these programs to be different — you're not just getting workouts and nutrition guidance, you're getting a system designed to help you stay consistent with habit tracking, structure, and community support inside the app. I'm also a real coach behind the programs, actively involved and supporting members along the way.
That's completely normal, which is why the programs focus on habit building and consistency rather than perfection. If you miss a workout or have an off week, you simply reset and keep going using the tools inside the app to stay accountable and get back on track.
