i'm britt

For years, I lived at war with my body and mind. I’d start strong on Monday, full of hope, and by Friday I’d be right back where I started - trapped in all-or-nothing cycles, restrict–binge patterns, shame, and starting over.

I tried every quick fix that promised change and delivered only a deeper rupture in my confidence.

Everything shifted when I stopped forcing my body into submission and started working with it. I learned to train in a way that rebuilt my power, to fuel myself without restriction, and to rewire the beliefs that kept me stuck. I rebuilt trust with myself - and that trust became my way home.

Now, as a Personal Trainer with a background in Psychotherapy and IFS, I help women do the same: break the cycles, regulate their nervous system, understand their body, and create results that actually last.

The Reset is the programme I wish I had when I began - a blend of training, nutrition, psychology, neuroscience and lived experience designed to build results, confidence, and a sense of personal power that touches every part of your life.
