“Tired. Stuck. Had tried everything". Sound familiar?
Maddie felt like nothing was working.
She was stuck in a cycle of restricting, where things weren’t sustainable — and one bad day would unravel everything, turning into bad weeks or even months. She was tired of feeling that way and found herself constantly looking for excuses.
She had also been told that weight gain and Endo/PCOS went hand in hand, which made it even easier to stay stuck in that mindset.
On top of that, years of misinformation made it feel like nothing would actually work.
After speaking with Britt, everything started to feel different.
What once felt overwhelming suddenly felt simple and achievable.
Maddie started with a realistic goal:
8,000 steps a day alongside her own training
She quickly realised that steps and nutrition were the biggest game changers for her.
After a couple of weeks, those 8,000 steps became a consistent habit - eventually increasing to 10,000 steps a day, often even more.
One of the biggest shifts for Maddie was understanding that she didn’t need to cut out the things she enjoys.
Instead, she learned how to adapt them to fit her lifestyle better.
She now finds herself looking forward to meals from the app, and the cravings she used to have a year ago have completely disappeared.
Maddie successfully moved into maintenance and was able to: sustain a 24kg weight loss - even through the Christmas and holiday period, including many nights out with friends and family.
More importantly, she now feels confident in her journey and understands that her goals are not only achievable, but sustainable.
Maddie also learned something powerful:
You can have a life and still be on this journey - it’s not one or the other.
And that shift made all the difference.
