When does it start?

Your 8-week Reset kicks off Sunday 3rd May - once you’ve had the chance to refill your tank over summer and come back ready to reset with support (not punishment).

Do I need to be fit or experienced to join?

Not at all. The Reset is beginner-friendly, joint-friendly, strength-focused, and designed to meet you exactly where you are. Everything can be scaled up or down - no pressure, no intensity expectation, just progress at a pace that feels safe and doable.

What if I have commitments, events, or a trip during the programme?

Life doesn’t pause - and your programme doesn’t need to either. The Reset is designed to fit around real life, not a perfect calendar. You can still make incredible progress even with weekends away, dinners out, holidays, birthdays, or work trips. Why? Because the goal isn’t perfection - it’s building skills you can use anywhere.

Do you offer payment plans?

Do I have to be in NZ?

Not at all. The Reset is completely online and delivered through the app - which means you can join from anywhere in the world. All you need is a phone or tablet and a willingness to show up. We have women joining from Australia, the UK, the US, and Bali. Time zones don't matter either - everything is available on demand, and live calls have replays if you can't make it live.

Can I join the reset again?

Absolutely - most intakes are 50% returning women. The Reset is designed to grow with you. Each time you revisit it, you’re bringing a stronger foundation, deeper awareness, and new goals. Some women repeat it to reinforce their habits. Some come back because they loved the community energy. Will I actually see results in 8 weeks?

What if I don’t lose weight?

Weight loss is one measure - not the only one. Most women experience improvements in strength, energy, confidence, self-trust, regulation, and daily habits first. Physical changes follow when your body feels safe, fuelled, and supported. I have clients who have lost over 20kg since they started the reset, but they started building the strong foundations first.

Is this suitable if I’m neurodivergent / anxious / easily overwhelmed?

Movements can be adapted, and your experience can be personalised so you feel safe and supported.

What's the difference between the 14- Day Kickstarter Programme and the Reset?

The 14-Day Kickstarter is the starting point - two week mini programme of daily education, two modules, and full app access to get you started and give you a taste of the MBB method.

The 8-Week Reset is the full transformation. Eight weeks of comprehensive modules across nutrition, training, behaviour change, nervous system regulation, and deep psychology - plus live Q&A calls, community events, and the full guided programme experience. Is the programme suitable if I'm on a GLP-1 medication?

Absolutely - in fact if you are on or considering medication - this is the missing piece. GLP-1 medications can be a powerful tool for reducing food noise and creating breathing room. But they don't address the nervous system patterns, psychological relationship with food, muscle preservation, or identity work that determine whether results last. The Reset is the missing piece that makes whatever you're doing on the outside actually hold. We have a dedicated module on this in the May intake.
