When does it start?

Do I need to be fit or experienced to join?

What if I have commitments, events, or a trip during the programme?

Can I join the reset again?

What if I don’t lose weight?

Is the programme suitable if I'm on a GLP-1 medication?
Absolutely - in fact if you are on or considering medication - this is the missing piece. GLP-1 medications can be a powerful tool for reducing food noise and creating breathing room. But they don't address the nervous system patterns, psychological relationship with food, muscle preservation, or identity work that determine whether results last. The Reset is the missing piece that makes whatever you're doing on the outside actually hold. We have a dedicated module on this in the May intake.
