Here's the thing about stress: when you're really in it, the part of your brain that figures out what you need has basically left the building. You can't think your way calm. So you don't. You reach for something you already know works.

This is that list. Not mine. Ours. The tools, the reset buttons, the small things that shift you out of the spin & back into your body. Add yours, & borrow everyone else's for the days you can't think straight.
